PEPER SA company supports Greek growers.

100% of the raw material of the products obtained comes from the growers of the land of Thessaly. The constant investment in primary sector requires close supervision and monitoring of the crops. PEPΕR S.A. ensures, in cooperation with highly qualified agronomists, the production of safe agricultural products in accordance with EU specifications.

The production process takes place in 3 stages

The raw material is collected by hand at the growing sites of the areas of Trikala and Karditsa, then it is transferred, on the same day, to our premises. The qualitative sorting takes place visually there, as well as and the sizing (calibration). Then the peppers are put in barrels and transferred to the place where the pickling of the product takes place. Filling the barrels with brine is performed with an underground closed “brine network”, ensuring highest quality standards.

The ripe product is transferred to the production sites where the process and production of the final product takes place. The products obtained are whole pickled pepper, pepper without stem ready for sandwiches, pepper without top for stuffing, and pepper in slices for pizzas and bread products. Our products are packaged depending on our clients’ and the final consumer’s wishes in plastic or metal containers. They are immediately palletized and placed at the waiting area for shipping.
